Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed within 1–3 business days starting the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All prices are listed in USD.


USA Shipping (Outside Promotional Periods)

Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers: Pacific Pet Labs ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and you can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Holiday Shipping Update:
To reduce transit times during the holiday season, we offer a flat-rate UPS shipping option for all U.S. orders.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is temporarily suspended while we work on an improved solution. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.


Shipping Protection & Liability

Pacific Pet Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly recommend adding Route package protection to all purchases for added security.


Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. This means the plastic safety seal must still be intact and not tampered with. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your package arrives. If 30 days have passed and you have not contacted our customer service team at orders@pacificpetlabs.com, your order is no longer eligible for a return.

Once you’ve contacted us, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). After we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Return shipping is at your expense.

  • We do not provide a return shipping label.

  • Refunds will not be processed until the return shipment has been received and verified.

Please note: This return policy only applies to purchases made directly from pacificpetlabs.com. If you purchased from another retailer, please refer to their return policy.


Brand Transition Note

Pacific Pet Labs is part of The Spore Lords family of companies. If you placed an order through thesporlords.com, don’t worry — your order will still be fulfilled.

  • Dog products (powders, calming cookies, supplements) are fulfilled directly by Pacific Pet Labs.

  • Mushroom tinctures are created and fulfilled by our sister company The Spore Lords, but your order is still processed and supported through Pacific Pet Labs customer service.
